UNITY HEALTH INSURANCE NAMES CHRISTINE SENTY AS NEW VICE PRESIDENT

AND ASSISTANT GENERAL COUNSEL

Senty brings over 15 years of legal experience to Unity

SAUK CITY, WISCONSIN – Unity Health Plans Insurance Corporation today announced that Christine Senty has joined the organization as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. As a member of Unity’s Executive Team, Senty will assume responsibility for a wide range of legal work and will be involved in corporate governance with board committees and the Board of Directors.

“Christine has a very broad and in-depth knowledge of health insurance including health care reform, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, legislative affairs, subrogation, internal audit and much more,” said David Diercks, Unity Vice President and General Counsel. “Her wealth of experience and industry knowledge will make her a key addition to our organization. I am confident that Christine’s expertise will help strengthen our efforts for continued success and future growth.”

Senty earned a Juris Doctor degree with honors from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. Senty is a regular speaker at Wisconsin State Bar continuing education courses. In addition, she is involved in numerous professional associations and a member of the Friends of Henry Vilas Zoo Board of Directors.
