Milwaukee, WI – Consolidated Construction Co. Inc., a full-service design/build firm with offices in Milwaukee and Appleton, Wisconsin, announced Jan. 29 the following new projects:

Consolidated Construction will design and build two new Xperience Fitness centers in Waukesha and Greenfield. In Waukesha, 31,500 square feet of the former Kmart at 120 E. At 6261 S. 27th Street the former Dollar Tree in the Greenfield Emporium Square shopping center will be renovated for a new Xperience Fitness. The 35,000 square foot space will undergo both interior and exterior alterations. A temporary workout and sales space will be created in the same center to accommodate members while the gym undergoes more permanent construction. This location will feature a three-lane saltwater pool, large cardio deck, cardio cinema, group fitness room, child care and 24-hour accessibility. Property owners plan additional interior and exterior renovations to the rest of the shopping center and parking lot. (www.myxperiencefitness.com)
