INTEGRATED HEALTH NETWORK NAMES
BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE DIRECTOR
Milwaukee, Wis. (December 16, 2014) – Integrated Health Network of Wisconsin – a clinically integrated statewide network of major health systems working together through a shared infrastructure to deliver optimal health care – has named Jordan S. Slotkin to its management team as director of business intelligence.
In his new role, Slotkin will lead Integrated Health Network’s established business intelligence division in the data integration, architecture and analytic functions that power the organization’s tools for enhancing patient outcomes and value. In addition, Slotkin will oversee the continuous refinement of Integrated Health Network’s existing data collection and reporting capabilities for effectively managing population health, coordinating care and providing an optimal patient experience.
Prior to joining Integrated Health Network, Slotkin served as director of business intelligence for St. Louis, Missouri-based Corizon Health, leading a data warehouse and business intelligence restructuring initiative that led to substantial savings. Slotkin’s experience also includes programming and customer relations roles locally with Milwaukee-based Assurant Health, as well as with firms on the East Coast. Slotkin has a master’s degree in software engineering from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts, and a bachelor’s degree in applied science and technology from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York.
Based in Brookfield, Wisconsin, Integrated Health Network of Wisconsin (IHN) is a network of independent health systems, hospitals and physicians collaborating to improve the quality, efficiency and value of health care services in the markets served by its members. Integrated Health Network’s current members include Agnesian HealthCare, Columbia St. Mary’s, Froedtert Health, the Medical College of Wisconsin, Ministry Health Care, and Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, representing more than 4,500 physicians, 450 clinics and 36 hospitals in northern, central and eastern Wisconsin. Last week, IHN announced a letter of intent that Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) and Prevea Health in eastern Wisconsin will join the IHN network. An agreement will be finalized in the next several weeks.
