Neenah, Wis. (December 11, 2014) – First National Bank – Fox Valley (FNB Fox Valley) is happy to announce the hiring of two new employees, Matt Kirchner and Rebekah Baker, the promotion of Amanda Schmit and Brian Julius and the 15th anniversary of Mike Boettcher.

HIRES

Matt Kirchner has been hired as a Personal Banker and will be stationed in the corporate Neenah location. Matt has been in the financial industry for 3 years, most recently as a Personal Banker at JP Morgan Chase Bank. Matt truly values the family atmosphere at FNB and looks forward to being a part of it!

Rebekah Baker has joined our retail team as a Teller in the Oshkosh branch. ‘Bekah’ is new to banking, but has numerous years of customer service and management experience. When asked what she likes about being part of a community bank, Baker responded, “The effort FNB Fox Valley employees put into giving back to the community is outstanding!”

PROMOTIONS

Amanda Schmit has been promoted to Personal Banker in FNB Fox Valley’s Appleton East location. Schmit has spent the last 13 years in banking and has been with FNB for a year and a half. As a long time resident of Appleton, Amanda is thrilled to build lasting relationships with our Appleton customers and continue to grow in her new role.

Brian Julius has been promoted to Mortgage Sales Manager and will oversee the mortgage sales team. Brian has been with FNB for almost 16 years and continues to stay very involved with the Fox Valley community both inside and outside of work.

ANNIVERSARIES

Mike Boettcher, Senior Vice President and CFO at FNB Fox Valley, is celebrating 15 years with FNB Fox Valley!

Boettcher began his over 20 years in the financial industry as a controller at FNB Fox Valley, to continue on in similar positions at non-financial organizations. Mike began his accounting career in public accounting as an auditor. This broad range of experience led Mike to where he is today at FNB.
