MADISON, WI, November 10, 2014 – First Business Financial Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: FBIZ) announced today that Tami Loy has been promoted to Senior System Administrator and Officer, Megan Veldkamp to Senior Business/IT Analyst, and Caitlin Ninedorf to Marketing & Digital Coordinator.
Tami has been with First Business since April 2003 where she began as an IT Support Specialist providing technical support across the organization. Throughout the years, she has taken on additional responsibilities including those for our key system administrator position where she now dedicates her time to upgrading and maintaining our IT systems to keep them running smoothly, securely, and efficiently. Due to her extensive knowledge and experience, she also backs up the Network Administrator, Database Analyst/Developer and IT Support Specialist positions.
Megan has been with First Business since 2012. Most recently she held the position of Database Analyst/Developer, where she enhanced many of our internally developed applications. Prior to First Business, Megan worked at GE Healthcare for nine years in different IT Leadership positions, including her role as a GE Process Leader for Workflow, Reporting and Automation. Megan earned a Bachelor and Master of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. She’s a member of the Wisconsin Data Management Association (DAMA) and also serves as the Secretary on the Board of the Blackhawk Curling Club.
Caitlin joined First Business in 2011 as an Intern after graduating from UW Whitewater. She was actively involved in the school, playing a role as a Resident Assistant, an Event Planner, and a Sports Marketing Intern. Caitlin has a strong work ethic. In her early part-time years at First Business, Caitlin also worked at a local nonprofit, Center for Families, as a Development Support Specialist, and juggled an office job for Woodman’s Grocery Stores. Now, in a full-time role at First Business, Caitlin spends her free time cutting gemstones with her Father and Uncle. In fact, she’s won a few recent awards in national gem cutting competitions. Last year Caitlin founded the GIA (Gemological Institute of America) Wisconsin Chapter and serves as Chapter President.
