New York, Aaron Rodgers, and bourbon part of
Windy Dinner THELMA Style event October 8

The 14th annual Windy Dinner THELMA Style returns October 8. Tickets are still available but seating is limited to one of the most exciting nights in Fond du Lac.

The largest fundraiser for Thelma Sadoff Center for the Arts (THELMA) is an evening of absolute fun and an entertaining experience celebrating the arts and community.

Guests may arrive at 5 pm for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres where they meet and mingle with old and new friends and peruse the silent auction items that may take them to Chicago, to a spa, to a Princess Party or they may choose a lasting memory of their favorite pet with a commissioned work of art by a local artist.

At 6:30 pm, guests will sit for a fantastic Wisconsin-based meal catered by The Vintage with dessert donated by Fond du Lac’s greatest treasures – Schreiner’s Restaurant paired with custard from Culver’s. Along with dessert comes another treat – a live auction where guests get the chance to bid on a trip to New York which includes dinner and a Broadway show, a two-night stay at the Osthoff incorporating a cooking class, a private Bourbon Tasting event with great-great grandson of Jim Beam, Fred Noe, a movie night at THELMA with 20 friends, and an Aaron Rodgers autographed football.

The Golden Ticket raffle returns this year. For every $100 spent, hopeful guests will get closer to winning a beautiful ring made especially for Windy Dinner THELMA Style by Ron Emanuel from The Goldsmith.

One of the highlights of the evening is honoring the recipient of the prestigious James C. Hubbard Windy Award. This year, the award goes to C. D. Smith.

C.D. Smith was the contractor for the renovation and expansion of THELMA but what stands more than the beautiful building is the tireless dedication of the C. D. Smith team, led by Justin Smith toward THELMA and toward the community.

Rick and Pat Miller were named co-chairs of the 14th annual Windy Dinner THELMA Style. Owners of four Culver’s Restaurants in the area, the Millers provide true dedication to their community. Among the organizations they are involved with include Habitat for Humanity, Agnesian HealthCare, Volunteer Center, Wisconsin Restaurant Association, the Fond du lac Area Foundation, and the Women’s Fund.

Join us in honoring one of Fond du Lac’s great employers and have a fun evening supporting the arts.

Tickets are $150 per person or guests may sponsor a table of eight for $1,200. Visit thelmaarts.org and click tickets to register or call 920.921.5410.

THELMA is located at 51 Sheboygan St., in the heart of Downtown Fond du Lac’s Arts and Entertainment District.
