Sun Prairie, WI – With more than twenty years of experience in commercial lending, Larry Schwenn joins Bank of Sun Prairie as Vice President of Commercial Loans.

“Larry brings unmatched experience in real estate and business loans to Bank of Sun Prairie,” said Alice Hensen, President of Bank of Sun Prairie. “He has extensive knowledge of Small Business Administration programs, which will serve our growing communities well.”

Schwenn can help small business owners realize their dreams given his experience with popular loan programs: SBA 504 (long-term, fixed-rate financing for major assets such as land and buildings) and SBA 7A (helps with a variety of general business needs for start-ups and existing small businesses).

“I am proud to say I have joined a strong community bank,” said Schwenn. “I am very familiar with the communities the bank serves and I look forward to building long-lasting relationships with business owners by helping them achieve both their business and personal goals.”

Outside of work, Schwenn is a volunteer for the Marshall Fire Department while also being involved in a number of other civic groups over the past several years. In addition, he enjoys golf, home improvement projects and being involved with his children’s extracurricular activities.
