CRM Consulting Company adds a new employee.
APPLETON, WI (August 6, 2014) – Ledgeview Partners, a customer relationship management (CRM) consulting firm focusing on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.com, has added five new full time employees to its steadily growing enterprise and promoted a Senior Account Executive to CRM Sales Manager.
Michael Dodds has joined Ledgeview Partners as a Project Coordinator. In this new role, Dodds will manage the internal CRM consultant resource scheduling process and will maintain the resource allocation output and project schedule for the company. In addition to leading small to medium size remote projects, Dodds will assist CRM Application Consultants in gathering data and defining project schedules with clients.
Dodds brings to Ledgeview over two years’ of sales experience as well as most recently serving as Project Coordinator and Program Manager for over five years. Dodds, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
