New site focuses on ease-of-use and member engagement
SAUK CITY, Wisconsin — Unity Health Insurance (Unity) announced today the launch of a redesigned website available at unityhealth.com. The user-friendly website was created with responsive design for easy access across mobile and desktop devices. The new website is part of Unity’s ongoing effort to simplify health insurance information.

This website offers consumers and members easy access to the content they need, from comparing plan benefits to accessing wellness rewards,” said Terry Bolz, CEO of Unity Health Insurance. “Whether you are a consumer, a member, an agent or an employer, we’ve made it easy to quickly find what you’re looking for.”
“It’s all about making a complex topic as clear and straight-forward as possible,” said Jennifer Dinehart, Unity’s assistant vice president of marketing. “We’ve streamlined the design as well as the content. Users can easily navigate our website whether they use a mobile phone, a tablet or a desktop. From getting an instant quote to using Live Chat to ask questions about benefits, we want visitors to our website to have an easy and satisfying experience.”
The simplified navigation also includes easy access to MyChart, a secure online portal where members can access their benefit information, claims status, prior authorizations and more. For members who receive medical care through UW Health, depending on the doctor the member sees, MyChart also allows members to view portions of their UW Health medical record, receive test results, schedule simple appointments and more.
The website highlights the many benefits enjoyed by Unity members, including a wellness program, Fitness First & More, which rewards members for a range of healthy lifestyle choices. Among the benefits, this program also offers discounts on services from massages to fitness equipment from local businesses, reimbursement for health education classes and much more.
The new website is designed to provide a clear and concise picture of the health plans and services that are offered by Unity.
