New Board Member Randy Charles

Green Bay, WI, June 12, 2014 — Wisconsin Bank & Trust announced the appointment of Randy Charles, CEO of Green Bay-based Port City Bakery, Inc., as a member of the bank’s Board of Directors.

Charles founded Port City Bakery, which is best known by its trade name Alive & Kickin’ Pizza Crust (“A&K”), with his father and two other partners in 1989. Charles became president of the company in 1991 and CEO in 2011. A&K is a Cornerstone Client of Wisconsin Bank & Trust, which recently helped to finance a major expansion of A&K’s facility in the I-43 Industrial Park in Green Bay. A&K now employees over 300 people.

Charles is a native of Green Bay. He attended Preble High and then UW-Green Bay, from which he graduated in 1987 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. He and his family live in the Green Bay area.
