MADISON, WISCONSIN – March 25, 2014 Cresa Madison represented Flux Mopeds on a new downtown location, located at 710 Williamson Street in Madison.
Flux Mopeds was created to deliver an alternative to the gas-powered scooter. The 100% electric Flux mopeds complete with a 49cc gas scooter reaching speeds of 30 mph, climbing hills with ease, and traveling distances of at least 25 miles on a single charge. All while being powered by a removable Lithium Ion battery that is light, convenient to carry and can be easily charged at any electric outlet.
Cresa was engaged by Flux Mopeds to locate a downtown retail location that could serve as the company’s headquarters and dealership. In addition to winning beneficial terms for Flux, Cresa was involved with the application to the City of Madison for a redevelopment grant, a critical component of the transaction.
