Oneida, WI – On Saturday, April 12, 2014, the Fox Cities/Green Bay Chapter of
the EWGA (Executive Women’s Golf Association) is hosting its annual Spring
Kickoff event from 09:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Thornberry Creek, 4470 N. Pine
Tree Rd. in Oneida, WI.
Members and the public are invited to take part in the event and you need not be
a golfer to participate. This Signature Spring Event includes a breakfast buffet,
golf fashion show, door prizes, first opportunity to sign up for summer leagues,
networking and a silent auction. The silent auction always benefits a local
charity. This year, the beneficiary is a local 501(c)(3) charity called Celebration
of Hope – an organization providing help for people who are facing a family or
personal health crisis. A two-person scramble event is scheduled after the
event for up to 16 players, weather permitting.
This event offers the opportunity for the public to learn more about the local
chapter, what the chapter offers for women in the area and how you can become
a member.
Registration is available online at www.ewgafcgb.org (under Upcoming Events
click on Spring Kickoff 2014). The cost is $20 for members for early bird
registration through April 7th
after April 7th
. Tickets for non-members are $25 and members
are $25.
