Amy Biersteker joins Schenck as Human Resources Consulting Manager
WISCONSIN – Schenck SC is pleased to announce Amy Biersteker, MSE has joined the firm as Human Resources Consulting Manager. She will be serving clients firm-wide.
Biersteker has more than 20 years of experience working with organizations to develop leaders and their teams. She provides strategic human resources advice to clients on a variety of issues, including recruitment, organizational development, process improvement and leadership development.
Prior to joining Schenck, Biersteker worked as an independent human resources consultant. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and Fox Valley SHRM.
Schenck’s Human Resources Consulting team provides clients with practical information and alternatives to solving their unique people concerns. Core services include human resources audits, part-time human resources assistance, and guidance on compensation systems, employee handbooks, performance management, employee relations, leadership training and recruitment and selection.
