MILWAUKEE, Wis. – The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that attorneys James E. Ferraioli, David P. Muth and Brian D. Winters have been promoted to partner at the firm’s Milwaukee office.
“James, David and Brian are three outstanding attorneys, and we are pleased to promote them to partner,” said Pat Ryan, managing partner of Quarles & Brady. “In their new role as partners at the firm, they will continue to provide high-quality legal services to their clients and will help the firm to continue meeting the needs of all of our clients.”
· James E. Ferraioli focuses his practice on business law, e-commerce and information technology and real estate. Ferraioli earned his bachelor’s degree from Miami University and his law degree from DePaul University College of Law. He is a resident of Whitefish Bay.
· David P. Muth focuses his practice on commercial litigation. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Marquette University and his law degree from the University of Wisconsin. Muth is a resident of New Berlin.
· Brian D. Winters practices in the areas of antitrust and trade regulation, public utility regulation and appellate litigation. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University, his master’s degree from the University of Toledo and his law degree from Yale University. Winters is a resident of Milwaukee.
