Hudson resident has worked as Hennepin County Public Defender
AUG. 26, 2011 | NEW RICHMOND, WI | Siv Yurichuk of Hudson has joined the Bakke Norman law firm, with offices in Baldwin, Menomonie and New Richmond, Wis. A member of its litigation team, Yurichuk practices primarily in the areas of family law, including divorce, paternity and custody matters, and criminal and traffic defense.

A graduate of the University of Minnesota and William Mitchell College of Law, Yurichuk has practiced as a Hennepin County public defender since 2005, where she represented clients in criminal matters ranging from minor misdemeanors to serious felonies.
She has extensive experience in all stages of litigation including arraignment, bail hearings, pre-trials motion hearings, bench and jury trials, and probation revocation proceedings. Prior to her work as a public defender, Yurichuk worked with the firm Nichols, Kaster and Anderson, PLLP.
Yurichuk is admitted to practice in both Wisconsin and Minnesota. She is a member of the St. Croix Valley Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association and the Wisconsin and Minnesota Associations of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and is a volunteer with the William Mitchell Alumni/Mentor Advisor Program.
