MADISON – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. attorney Todd W. Martin, a shareholder in the firm’s Business Law and Employee Benefits Practices, has been appointed Managing Shareholder of the firm’s Madison office. Martin will take over from Lynn M. Stathas, who held the position since July 2006, as part of a planned leadership rotation.
Martin also co-chairs the firm’s Interdisciplinary Insurance group and is a member of the firm’s Executive Compensation and Tax-Exempt Organizations groups. His clients benefit from his many years of experience practicing insurance regulatory law (with a special emphasis on life and health), employee benefits plans and policies and business law issues. He serves insurers, employers, third-party plan administrators and exempt organizations.
Martin received his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School and his B.B.A., summa cum laude, from Wisconsin Lutheran College.
He currently serves as Co-Chair of the State Bar Insurance and Member Benefits Committee and is President of the Madison Benefits Council.
