About Anne Goodwin: Stay For Lunch is Goodwin’s own story of the spiritual-life lessons received from octogenarian, Francina. Their friendship began at a car crash when 31-year-old Anne stopped to help injured Francina. In the years following, Francina enriched Anne’s life with humor, love, and honesty about a how to live life passionately. When Francina passed, Anne collected Francina’s wisdom into a series of inspiring stories, humbly and invitingly called, Stay For Lunch.

Goodwin self-published Stay For Lunch through her own company, Pleasurable Pause Press. In 2009, Stay For Lunch was awarded the highly-coveted Independent Book Publisher’s Gold Medal for the category inspirational/spiritual. Goodwin is active in speaking engagements and book tours when not at her southern-Wisconsin home raising her family.
