Building Excitement For 65 Years!

WAUKESHA, WI (June 17, 2010) – Mark your calendars, program reminders in your electronic communication devices and tell everyone you know to save the date for the start of the 65th anniversary Metropolitan Builders Association (MBA) Parade of Homes opening 65 days from today – Saturday, August 21st.

The milestone event will be open to the public and feature an exciting mix of 22 must-see home models built by 18 of Southeastern Wisconsin’s most experienced home builders. The purchase of one Parade ticket will allow entry into all of the homes dispersed across three convenient Southeastern Wisconsin locations – Pewaukee (Broken Hill subdivision), Oak Creek (The Bluffs of Oak Creek subdivision) and Richfield (Reflections Village subdivision) from Saturday, August 21st through Sunday, September 12th.

“With something for everyone, this year’s Parade will feature a combination of yesterday’s nostalgia, today’s trends and tomorrow’s innovations showcased in a variety of home styles and prices,” said Rick Hodges, MBA Executive Director.

In addition to a wealth of information about new home building, home improvements, “green” building and the latest in design, technology and building practices, a series of special events and promotions will also be highlighted during the 23-day event.
