Kelly Sics, CPA at Clifton Gunderson in Milwaukee, has received the 2010-2011 WICPA Outstanding Young Professional Award for her enthusiasm for the profession, for her involvement with the WICPA and for motivating others to be a part of the profession and the WICPA.

Sics is an active member on the Young Professional Committee and participates on Young Professional Sub-Committee planning groups. She encourages young professionals to become involved and attend WICPA events. Sics recruits for the profession at college campuses, promoting the firm and also the WICPA. Sics co-chaired Clifton Gunderson’s WICPA Adopt-A-School Committee and presented the WICPA Life After College: Cashing in on Your Career program to college campuses.

“During the course of my career, I have enjoyed participating in various WICPA activities and serving as a member of the young professionals committee,” said Sics. “My involvement has shown me the benefits of the WICPA and the importance of becoming involved in the organization as a young professional.”
