GMS will maintain properties in The Preserve at Chapel Hill, a 21-unit condominium subdivision on Brookfield’s northwest side, plus Kings Way model homes in Waukesha and Pewaukee. GMS will perform lawn cutting and fertilization, planting bed maintenance, tree and shrub trimming and seasonal clean-up and preparation.
