ELM GROVE, WI (May 10, 2010) — Keller Williams® Realty Inc. announced today its official partnership with Mayfair Title Corporation at its new Elm Grove location.

Mayfair Title’s headquarters are located in Wauwatosa on Mayfair Road at 1011 N.Mayfair Rd #204, Wauwatosa, WI 53226. Mayfair Title plans on staffing an office at Keller Williams – Elm Grove and will service all of Keller’s Front Desk Service agents as well as many of the other agents in business center offices throughout the state.
In addition to Mayfair Title, Keller Williams-Elm Grove plans to announce a similar affiliation with a large area lender who will partner inside the Keller Williams office.
Keller Williams-Elm Grove officially opened the doors May 3rd at its location on 12700 W.Bluemound Rd. A series of Milwaukee and outstate agents plan to join this office over the summer months and will be announced at those times.
This announcement comes on the heels of a year of positive growth for Keller Williams Realty throughout the U.S. and Canada. The company outpaced the downward trend in the real estate market and grew in every category – opening 30 new franchises, ending the year with a 16 percent year-over-year increase in the number of contracts closed per agent and more than 76,879 associates across North America (up three percent).
