MILWAUKEE, WI – (April 2010) Lakefront Brewery will be providing an exclusive brew in honor of Historic Milwaukee Inc.’s annual Spaces & Traces event on May 15th. For one day only Lakefront will sell Beerline Stein, in an effort to raise funds for the non-profit.
The special souvenir beer will be available in bottle form at the Lakefront Brewery from 9am to 5pm on the day of the event. Beerline Stein will be sold for $5 per bottle or $25 per six-pack. This beer may be consumed at the brewery or taken home as an unopened bottle. Individual bottles or six packs may be reserved in advance at http://www.historicmilwaukee.org.
The special edition commemorates the Beerline rail that once passed through the neighborhood located along Commerce St. This year’s Spaces & Traces event will feature select homes and businesses within the historic neighborhoods of the Beerline and Brewers’ Hill.
Spaces & Traces will run from 9am to 5pm on May 15th. Discounted tickets can be bought in advance at the HMI Office, http://www.historicmilwaukee.org. Regular price tickets available at Winkie’s Variety Store, Milwaukee Area Boston Stores and Tostel Square 1818 N. Commerce St. $25/Non-members.
