Schenck: Announces three new board members

APPLETON, WI – Schenck SC is pleased to announce the election of three new shareholders to its Board of Directors: Mark E. Jubelirer, CPA; Michael G. Kuechler, CPA; and Randall K. Olm, CPA. Each was elected to serve a three-year term on the Board.

Jubelirer has over thirty years of experience serving all sizes and types of clients, especially those in the manufacturing, real estate and not-for-profit industries. He has been with Schenck since 1978 and was managing shareholder of the Milwaukee office for seven years. In addition to previously serving a term on the Schenck Board of Directors, he has served on Schenck’s Compensation and Operations committees. Jubelirer has been involved with the Harry and Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center as an officer for twenty years and Chairman of the Board for three years. He has held many positions within the Community Center, such as Vice President of Planning, Treasurer and Co-Chair of the Five-Year Planning Committee.

Kuechler joined Schenck as a manager in 1985 and was promoted to shareholder in 1988. He provides tax planning and business advisory services for businesses and individuals with extensive work in family and business succession planning. Kuechler is managing shareholder of Schenck’s Fond du Lac office, and has served on the firm’s Technology and Long Range Planning committees. He is District Director for the Wisconsin Jaycees, past president of the Fond du Lac Jaycees, and is a member of the Fond du Lac Rotary. Kuechler is also a past board member for numerous Fond du Lac organizations, including the Fond du Lac County Red Cross and South Hills Country Club.

Olm joined Schenck in 1974 and was promoted to shareholder in 1983. His experience includes supervising audit engagements, as well as providing tax planning, tax compliance and business consulting services to a varied client base. Olm serves as managing shareholder of Schenck’s Sheboygan and Manitowoc offices. He is the treasurer of the Sheboygan Economic Development Corporation and a past president of the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce.
