WISCONSIN DELLS—Bill Bruins, Waupun, was reelected president of the board of directors of the Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation at the organization’s 90th Annual Meeting in Wisconsin Dells.

Bruins, who is a dairy farmer from Fond du Lac County, was first elected WFBF president in 2003.

Richard Gorder, a dairy farmer from Mineral Point in Iowa County, was reelected as vice president.

Bruins, Gorder, and Dave Daniels of Union Grove were all reelected to three year terms on the board as district representatives.

Rick Roden of West Bend was elected Chairman of the Young Farmers Committee and will serve a one-year term on the WFBF board of directors.

Rosie Lisowe of Chilton was reelected Chairwoman of the Women’s Committee and will serve a one-year term on the WFBF board of directors.

Other Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation Board of Directors not up for reelection included: Wayne Staidl, Peshtigo; Don Radtke, Merrill; Jim Holte, Elk Mound; Gary Steiner, Mondovi; Lloyd DeRuyter, Cedar Grove; and Jerry Bradley, Sun Prairie.

The Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation is the state’s largest general farm organization providing legislative representation, public relations, leadership development and services to farmers across the state.
