InnoTech donates time to help UPC fix long time computer problem

Wauwatosa, WI (July 28, 2009) – United Cerebral Palsy of Southeastern Wisconsin has been worried for years about an older computer that ran their billing software. Each time they tried transferring it to a newer computer it didn’t work, and they were concerned they would lose both the program and the valuable accounting information it contained.

Jim Schram of InnoTech stepped forward as soon as he heard about the problem this spring, and after analyzing it was able to determine a fix.

At UCP’s Board of Directors Meeting in June, they commended InnoTech for its quick response and said “Jim succeeded in doing something that we had been trying to do for years. We are grateful to Jim for donating his time to help us resolve what could have been a very serious problem if our old equipment had failed. “

InnoTech owner, Jim Schram, was happy to provide the service. “Organizations like UCP are a valuable part of our community, they help so many people. I’m glad InnoTech could step up and assist with it.”

Solutions like this often save a company or organization money in the end. It prevents small problems from becoming big ones that are more difficult or even impossible to fix.
