Madison mortgage office opens today

BROOKFIELD, Wis. – North Shore Bank today announced it has opened a mortgage origination center in Madison, the bank’s first location in the state capital. The mortgage center is located at 2418 Crossroads Drive near East Town Mall.

“Madison is a thriving community, and it’s a terrific place for us to be doing business,” said Randy Pittser, vice president – Mortgage Lending for North Shore Bank. “Our bank currently offers mortgage services at our branches and offices throughout eastern Wisconsin, including Milwaukee, Appleton, Racine, Green Bay and other locations. Expanding our operations to an important population center like Madison is a logical next step for North Shore Bank, and we look forward to growing with this community. There’s a lot of potential here.”

The mortgage origination center offers all of North Shore Bank’s residential mortgage loan options, including programs to facilitate purchase, new construction or refinance mortgage transactions. It opened with two employees – a regional production manager and a mortgage loan originator – and will eventually have a staff of six.

“We have some excellent people in place in Madison, and we’re excited about growing a top-quality team of mortgage professionals,” Pittser said. “North Shore Bank is known throughout Wisconsin for its top-quality mortgage services. Our goal in Madison is to develop solid relationships with area Realtors and builders, and to work hard to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.”

North Shore Bank, headquartered in Brookfield, was founded in 1923. It has assets of $1.7 billion, and 39 branches and nine mortgage origination centers throughout eastern Wisconsin. Current branches are located in Green Bay, Allouez, Ashwaubenon, De Pere, Howard, Pulaski, Appleton, Menasha, Algoma, Two Rivers, Door County, metro Milwaukee, Pewaukee, Racine, Kenosha and Burlington. Additionally, the bank will open new branches in Oak Creek and at El Rey Nana’s Market Mexican Grocery Store in Milwaukee later this year.
