The UW Family Business Center is pleased to announce that Deb Houden, Ph.D., has been named Center Director. Deb earned her bachelors, masters, and doctorate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, specializing in communication, conflict resolution, and perceptions of fairness during succession in family business. Deb has lectured in numerous UW courses and consulted with family businesses to help family and non-family members gain better insight into their unique issues.
