MILWAUKEE, WI (April 7, 2009) – The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP is pleased to announce that Patricia M. Hutter, a partner in the firm’s Corporate Services Practice, has been named to the Milwaukee Ballet board of directors. Hutter will serve a three-year term on the 25-member board.

Hutter focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and other business transactions, and general corporate matters. She has particular experience with health care business transactions, including both mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. She earned her law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law, and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois, both in Urbana-Champaign.
