MILWAUKEE , Wis. – The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that attorneys Sarah Brindley, Amy Ciepluch and Katie Maloney Perhach have been promoted to partner at the Firm’s Milwaukee office.
“Each of our new partners has contributed to the success of the Firm and has shown her commitment to the practice of law,” said John W. · Sarah Brindley – Brindley focuses her practice on trademark law, copyright law and intellectual property licensing. She has experience registering and enforcing trademarks and copyrights, as well as assisting clients with licensing, sponsorship, advertising and consumer promotions issues. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and her law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law.
· Amy Ciepluch – Ciepluch focuses her practice in the areas of employee benefits and executive compensation, where she provides ongoing counseling on all benefit plan types, both for profit and not-for-profit entities. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and her law degree from Marquette University Law School .
· Katie Maloney Perhach – Perhach focuses her practice on litigation disputes involving lender liability, condominium associations, homeowners and developers, eminent domain, land use, property rights and easements, bankruptcy and health care. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Marquette University and a law degree from Marquette University Law School .
