About This Event
September 2003 marked the 10th anniversary of Berbee’s founding by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jim Berbee. With regional offices in five states and 400 employees, the company’s success centers on three core business practices: infrastructure integration; e-business development; and enterprise data centers for application hosting.
Paul S. Shain has served as president and chief operating officer of Berbee Information Networks Corporation since January 2000. His keynote presentation for Accelerate Madison will showcase key decision points in the company’s life, the opportunities and the challenges, and future trends in information technology relative to the next 10 years.

Prior to joining Berbee, Paul Shain spent 12 years at Robert W. Baird & Co., Incorporated, most recently as managing director and director of equity research. During his tenure at Baird, Mr. Shain spent over a decade as the senior information technology (IT) services analyst, culminating in being named the top-ranked IT services analyst in a national survey of investment professionals conducted by Reuters in 1998.
