(Appleton, WI) – Sean Duncanson and Phil Rynish have joined the team at Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, Inc. of Appleton. Duncanson is a project manager, while Rynish is an assistant planner.
Duncanson brings more than 25 years of architectural design and construction management experience to his new role at Hoffman. As project manager, Duncanson is responsible for overall project coordination, including managing the construction process and ensuring it is done within budget and on schedule.
Rynish previously served as a hazard mitigation planner with Dane County Emergency Management and as an environmental analysis and review specialist with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. He earned his bachelor’s degree from UW-Eau Claire and dual-master’s in urban and regional planning and water resources management from UW-Madison. As an assistant planner, Rynish is responsible for providing technical and administrative support on a wide range of tasks as a member of Hoffman’s planning and sustainability staff.
