Apexx and Hunter merge

Apexx Group and Hunter Business Group merge to become Apexx + Hunter; reuniting two B2B authors, innovators, company founders and market leaders by extending a 35 year focus on serving the B2B Marketplace.

Apexx Group is excited to announce that it is expanding its strategic and tactical capabilities with the addition of Hunter Business Group. This merger, effective February 1, 2017, combines two strategic marketing firms that have collectively driven billions of dollars of incremental sales growth for their clients.

“I am excited about this merger and to work again with my friend and former associate, Mark Peck. Apexx Group is a valued contributor in the B2B marketplace. The Hunter Team and I see their continued growth in electronic and internet enabled marketing and sales tools to be of great value to Hunter clients. More specifically, Apexx diagnostics, branding, logo development, search optimization, messaging, click to print applications are natural extensions and “bolt on” to many of Hunter’s programs. Mark Peck and I worked together at Hunter for 20 years where Mark was COO, creating tools that became a foundation for the B2B industry. In 2001 Mark and Chris Wisniewski founded Apexx Group to perform strategic consulting as well as to extend the tactical skills of B2B program implementation in the digital space. Over the past 15 years, Mark and Chris have built a company that blends electronic tools and human skills to successfully implement B2B programs in the gig economy. Mark Peck as CEO and President along with Chris Wisniewski as VP, will continue running operations and working directly with clients,” said Vic Hunter, Hunter Business Group Founder.

“Hunter Business Group is one of the founders of a B2B focus and discipline in the marketplace. Over the past 35 years, Vic and his partners at Hunter Business Group have built a global following and customer base that opens the door for the use of our core strengths in customer diagnostics, electronic tools and internet sales and marketing,” said Mark Peck, President and CEO of Apexx.

“I remember joining with Vic in the early 80’s when our focus was on education and the unique nature of B2B programming and measures. Now those disciplines have become common practice and the way successful businesses are run today”, continued Mark.

Vic Hunter will become Chairman of the Board for Apexx + Hunter while he continues to focus on building client relationships and new B2B programs. “We see this merger as a natural fit for both organizations and will bring more capabilities to the B2B customer focus,” Mark concluded.
