Karen Timberlake, a veteran in health care policy and population health, will join Michael Best Strategies as a senior advisor in its Madison office.
Timberlake served as director of the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute since 2011, following her tenure as Secretary of Wisconsin’s Department of Health Services. She will provide leadership and advice in health care policy, specifically population health improvement and payment innovation for state and national clients.
In addition, Timberlake will support clients in private, nonprofit, and public sectors to advance community and economic development.
