Adding to its strong presence in the South Florida mortgage market, Marketplace Home Mortgage LLC announced today a new addition to its Florida team.
Sharyn Peoples brings more than a decade of mortgage banking experience to Marketplace Home Mortgage, who is rapidly expanding in the Florida market with more than 35 loan officers in the state.

Marketplace’s seven locations in South Florida serve major areas like Naples, Palm Beach and Boca Raton. Sharyn will be based out of the newly opened branch in Fort Lauderdale. Marketplace Home Mortgage has many employees that are Bilingual to serve and assist Spanish- and English-speaking clients.
The company has seen explosive growth, with a 25% increase in mortgage loan applications compared with last year.
