Restore and re-energize with
Yuletide Yoga & Wine at THELMA

Thelma Sadoff Center for the Arts (THELMA) announced today they will host a special event for anyone wishing to reduce stress during the Holidays – Yuletide Yoga & Wine Tuesday, December 15.

All levels are welcome. The one-hour class begins at 5:30 pm in THELMA’s Contemporary Wing. The class will be taught by Vinyasa instructor Amy Jarvis who also teaches at the YMCA and Twisted Warrior in Fond du Lac, and Yoga One Studio in Fox Point.

Following the class, participants would receive one glass of wine from THELMA’s First Tier Wine List. A cash bar will be open as well.

The fee is $15, and includes the class and one glass of wine. Anyone just interested in the class, may pay $10. To register, visit thelmaarts.org and click Tickets, call 920.921.5410 or stop in THELMA’s Box Office.

THELMA is located at 51 Sheboygan St., in the heart of Downtown Fond du Lac’s Arts and Entertainment District.
