Dental Associates Begins Waukesha Clinic Construction
Location to Open Late Spring 2016
Milwaukee, Wis. (Sept. 8, 2015) – Dental Associates, Wisconsin’s largest family-owned dental group practice, is beginning construction on its new, 21,571-sqaure-foot dental center in Waukesha. The location marks the company’s 14th clinic and is the second one announced this month. Last week, Dental Associates revealed plans for an 8,300-square-foot center in the fast-growing village of Howard, near Green Bay where it has had a clinic since 1994.
“Waukesha County is a vibrant and growing area so we’re excited to bring our high quality dental care and community involvement to residents,” says Dr. Thomas Manos, D.D.S, M.S., president and owner of Dental Associates. “We currently have five Milwaukee-area clinics and felt it was the right time to expand our presence west.”
The Waukesha clinic is on the corner of Hwy. 164 and E. Main St. on Dolphin Court and will initially employ a total of 30 dentists, hygienists, dental assistants and patient care coordinators. (The clinic eventually expects to have a staff of 70.) The 53-chair location, which is scheduled to open in late spring of next year, will provide general dentistry services including crowns, bridges, and root canals, along with pediatric, orthodontic, surgical care including dental implants.
As part of its community involvement, Dental Associates is sponsoring the Inaugural Oral Cancer Foundation 5K Walk/Fun Run for Awareness – Wisconsin on Saturday, October 17 at Waukesha County Technological College.

This summer, Dental Associates earned reaccreditation from the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) as a dental home. The AAAHC status signifies that Dental Associates has nationally recognized standards for the delivery of quality health care at all its locations. The company has been accredited since 2012.
In 2014, the company began posting Press Ganey patient evaluations of its dentists and clinics on its website and was awarded the prestigious Press Ganey Transparency Award. Press Ganey, an independent, nationally recognized health care data company, conducts the independent patient surveys.
