The Fond du Lac County Economic Development Corporation (FCEDC) has made some changes to its Fond du Lac County Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) program. These funds are available to qualifying businesses located in Fond du Lac County, except for business that are located within the City of Fond du Lac limits which are funded by other loan sources.

Beginning with loans approved after July 1, 2015, businesses may qualify for rates as low as 1%.

Interest rates on these loans will begin at 4% and companies may qualify for a rate reduction based on factors that include:

— Tenure of the Business

— Credit Risk of the Business

— Low to Moderate Income (LMI) hiring levels

The revolving loan funds are typically loaned out at the rate of a maximum of $20,000 per LMI individual hired but this amount may vary. For manufacturing related loans, the loan amount may be at up to $50,000 per job. For more information on the program and what services FCEDC may provide for you, call FCEDC at (920) 929-2928.

The mission of Fond du Lac County Economic Development Corporation is to aggressively pursue, promote and facilitate economic opportunities and growth for Fond du Lac County through the attraction, retention, expansion and development of jobs and investments that increase the standard of living for all communities and residents.
