Oconomowoc, Wis. (3/9/15) – Todd Sivak recently earned MassMutual Wisconsin’s Honor Agent of the Year award. MassMutual Wisconsin is a general agency of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual). Sivak, who works out of First Bank Financial Centre’s Oconomowoc office, was recognized for this achievement at an event on February 27, 2015.
Sivak received this award because he epitomizes what a professional financial advisor should be, including sharing knowledge, supporting the growth of the organization, and working long hours in order to provide quality service to his clients. Additionally, in order to be eligible for the recognition, the recipient must have more than ten years of service in the industry, demonstrate loyalty to the company, and show continued support of the community.

With 23 years in the industry, Sivak holds the designations of Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Certified Family Business Specialist (CFBS), and Certified Fund Specialist (CFS). He also has received many organization and industry awards including being a six-time Leaders Conference Qualifier for MassMutual and qualifying as a top 100 producer in the company’s broker-dealer business.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Sivak is a founding member of the Oconomowoc Area Foundation and holds various YMCA board positions.
