ICAP Development is pleased to announce the addition of Dan Jeserig as the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Development. Dan brings with him diverse experience in investment real estate acquisitions and a history of successful projects throughout the Midwest.
As SVP of Acquisitions and Development, Dan will manage projects through all stages of the development process including site selection, feasibility analysis, due diligence, and asset stabilization. His broad real estate experience includes ground-up development, redevelopment, and stabilized investment acquisitions.
