Whitewater, Wis., the Greater Whitewater Committee, Inc. (GWC) will be holding its monthly
meeting at 7 AM, Thursday, March 12, 2015 at Jessica’s Family Restaurant.
We are excited to announce our guest speaker will be renowned, Todd A. Berry, PhD, President
of the Wisconsin Taxpayers Alliance. Dr. Berry will be bringing with expertise related state
budgets and the impact it has on university, the school district, the city and the township.
Dr. Berry has been the president of the Wisconsin Taxpayers Alliance since 1994. His combined
experience in private business, local and state government has given him an exceptional
background to serve in his current position. Dr. Berry believes it is very important that voters
and taxpayers have factual information about their government.
The timing of his presentation comes at a crucial time, as the recently introduced state budget
has such a large impact on the entire Whitewater community.
