(Green Bay, WI) – Cornerstone Business Services has welcomed Jason Tuzinkewich as a new M&A (mergers & acquisitions) Advisor.

Tuzinkewich most recently was involved with the development of an alternative fuel technology which he leveraged into a joint venture, serving as COO for ThermoDynamics Group, a Dutch multinational corporation. Tuzinkewich earlier founded a restaurant consulting business that provided brand development, systems development and optimization to more than a dozen restaurant groups with more than 100 business units in the Midwest and Northwest.
“With the experience I’ve gained as a business owner and working with other businesses, I understand what business owners are looking for,” Tuzinkewich said. “I look forward to working with business owners to achieve top value and peace of mind in every transaction.”
The Green Bay native studied chemical engineering and math at the University of Minnesota. He also holds a Cordon Bleu Chef du Cuisine accreditation.
