SM for Achieving 95th Percentile in Patient Experience
Prairie du Sac, WI – Sauk Prairie Healthcare is proud to announce it has been named a Press Ganey Associates 2014 Guardian of Excellence Award winner for the second year in a row. The Guardian of Excellence Award recognizes top-performing facilities that consistently achieved the 95th percentile of performance in Patient Experience in Inpatient Care.
The Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award is a nationally recognized symbol of achievement in health care. Presented annually, the award honors clients who consistently sustained performance in the top 5% of all Press Ganey clients for each reporting period during the course of one year.

For example, Sauk Prairie Healthcare relied on the advice of more than a dozen moms from throughout the area when planning the Birth Center for the new hospital. Women who delivered babies at Sauk Prairie Hospital and elsewhere took part in focus groups and shared their thoughts and birthing experiences, giving hospital planners a look into what type of experience moms really want.
