Josephine Linden Becomes Chairman; Elizabeth Darst Leykum to
Chair Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee; Robert
Galvin Becomes Chair of Compensation Committee
DODGEVILLE, Wis., Oct. 15, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Lands’ End, Inc.
(Nasdaq:LE) today announced the rotation of several Board assignments,
including the election of Josephine Linden as Chairman of the Board of
Directors. Mrs. Linden, founder, managing member and principal of
Linden Global Strategies LLC, has been a member of the Board since
March 2014. Elizabeth Darst Leykum, who had served as Chairman since
April, becomes chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance
Committee, and Robert Galvin becomes chair of the Compensation
Committee.

Galvin, Jignesh Patel and Jonah Staw were appointed as the initial
members of the Technology Committee, with Mr. Patel appointed as its
Chairman.
