Consolidated Construction: Announces new Wisconsin projects

Appleton, WI (October 13, 2014) –Consolidated Construction Co. Inc., a full-service design/build firm with offices in Appleton and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, announces new projects:

Steel King Industries, Inc. and Consolidated Construction recently began a 22,750 square foot expansion of its current facility at the company’s New London location at 325 E. Beckert Road. Steel King is a leading manufacturer of material handling products, including pallet racks, industrial railings, and mezzanines. The project manager is Jeremy Walker, and completion is scheduled for January, 2015.

Bank Mutual will be utilizing Consolidated’s design and construction services to improve and add 500 square feet to its East Town Green Bay branch at 2730 E. Mason Street. The project was designed by architect Adam Heindel and the project manager is Jason Pettitt. It is scheduled for December, 2014 completion.

Bay Valley Foods has selected Consolidated for a 25,000 square foot expansion and renovation to its facility at 857 School Place in Green Bay. Bay Valley Foods is a provider of private label foods, including pickles, relish, salad dressings, and sauces. The project is scheduled to be completed in May, 2015. Project Manager Rob Bergmann will oversee construction.

Farm Products, LLC, a division of Affinity Chemical, has selected Consolidated Construction to design and build its new high quality aluminum sulfate manufacturing facility at 825 Pamela Street in Wrightstown. The site is the former Bowers Feed and Grain, which was razed for the new development. When complete, the 4,000 square foot building will house Farm Products’ manufacturing activities, and provide rail loading and off-loading capabilities for raw materials and a variety of products used in the paper manufacturing industry. The project is scheduled for completion in January, 2015. Rob Bergmann is the project manager.
