Seventeen Associates Promoted

(Milwaukee, Wis. — October 3, 2014) – The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that 17 of its associate attorneys have been admitted as partners as a result of excellent performance and the promise of generating strong future value for the firm and its clients. The new partners are in the firm’s Chicago, Milwaukee, Phoenix, Tucson, Naples, and Tampa offices.

The new partners are Lauren Beslow, Michael Catlett, Kelly Davis, Anneke Diem, Elizabeth Fella, Noleta Jansen, Eric Ledbetter, Kathryn Moore, Adrienne Olson, Ryan Patterson, John Schaak, Yakov Sidorin, Christian Stahl, James Ugalde, Rena Upshaw-Frazier, Matthew Vogel, and Johanna Wilbert.

The attorneys’ new status as partners becomes effective on October 1.

Michael Catlett (Phoenix office) practices in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group and also is a member of the appellate practice subgroup.

Kelly Davis (Naples office) practices in the Labor & Employment Practice Group, providing advice and counsel to employers and representing employers in defense of workplace-related litigation.

Anneke Diem (Chicago office) practices in the firm’s Business Law Practice Group. Her practice focuses on representation of clients in the sale and acquisition of businesses, the raising of capital by clients in private securities offerings, representation of institutional investors in connection with their direct and fund investments as well as general corporate counseling.

Elizabeth Fella (Tucson office) practices in the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Group. She specializes in representing local and national companies in complex contract disputes, complex financial restructuring negotiations, and related litigation.

Noleta Jansen (Milwaukee office) is a member of the firm’s Estate, Trust & Wealth Preservation Practice Group, where she works with clients on a variety of estate planning and estate and trust administration matters. She is also a member of the Fiduciary, Trust and Probate Litigation Group, where she assists clients in a variety of fiduciary, trust and estate disputes.

Eric Ledbetter (Chicago office) practices in the Labor & Employment Practice Group, specializing in complex business immigration matters for prominent individuals and the employees of corporate clients.

Kathryn Moore (Phoenix office) practices in the Real Estate Practice Group, emphasizing the representation of financial institutions and the representation of local, national, and international lenders.

Adrienne Olson (Milwaukee office) practices in the Business Law Practice Group, focusing on assisting corporations and organizations with compliance in the areas of lobbying, campaign finance, ethics, procurement, and anticorruption matters at the federal level and in all 50 states.

Ryan Patterson (Phoenix office) practices in the firm’s Product Liability Practice Group specializing in the areas of commercial litigation and product liability defense.

John Schaak (Milwaukee office) is a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group, focusing on real estate- and construction-related litigation, as well as providing advice and counsel on insurance coverage matters.

Yakov Sidorin (Tucson office) practices in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, handling all areas of IP counseling for a variety of clients.
