Patina Solutions Adds Bill Filip of Delancey Street Capital Partners to its Board of Directors
Well-known human capital industry investor and advisor will assist with growth initiatives

Delancey Street Capital Partners (DSCP) to its Board of Directors.

Filip is a founder and Managing Director of DSCP and leads the company’s efforts in Business, Technology and Healthcare Services, and Merchant Banking. He is a senior investment banking professional and private equity investor with deep experience in venture capital, growth equity/buyout investments, public equity, and mergers and acquisitions advisory. Filip has a leading reputation in the business and technology services sector with very strong experience in human capital technology, professional services and staffing, business process outsourcing, financial services and technology, consumer/business internet, Saas technology, and healthcare services.
Prior to DSCP, Filip was a founder and one of the original partners of Baird Venture Partners (BVP), where he directed the firm’s Business Services sector and shared additional senior-level responsibilities including all aspects of fund formation, team recruitment, internal processes, investment strategy and execution, and portfolio oversight. Prior to helping form BVP, Filip was an investment banker for Robert W. Baird & Co., assisting clients in completing corporate finance transactions including raising public and private equity and completing various M&A transactions.
Some of Filip’s investing and Board of Directors experience includes: HireRight, Pinstripe, PayChoice, ClickFuel, TomoTherapy, High Street Partners, InsideTrack, ALI Solutions, SmartTime Software, Everdream and GlobalPay, among others.
