Lt. Gov. Kleefisch: To recognize business growth in Plymouth, Wisconsin

Madison–Lt. Governor Rebecca Kleefisch will help celebrate the success of the Plymouth business community when she serves as the keynote speaker at the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner on Friday, January 28, 2011 at the Osthoff Resort in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin from 7:00 p.m. – 7:30.

Lieutenant Governor Kleefisch is serving as Governor Walker’s Ambassador on small business issues. Governor Walker’s focus is to catalyze the private sector for job growth, and to create the conditions for small businesses and entrepreneurs to adapt and thrive.

The Plymouth Chamber is celebrating its recent success with more than a $100 million in business expansion in Wisconsin’s cheese industry over the past five years, less than 5% unemployment and the creation of the Lakeshore Technical College Science & Technology Center in Plymouth.

“Creating jobs and improving our economy in communities like Plymouth throughout Wisconsin is the goal Governor Walker has set to transform Wisconsin into a job-friendly state,” said Lt.
