MILWAUKEE – Tushaus Computer Services, a Milwaukee-based provider of leading-edge technology solutions for businesses, announced today that Dean Hansen has accepted the role of Director – Human Resources for Tushaus. Hansen will have responsibility for all aspects of Human Resources, including recruiting and staffing, policy development, benefits and compensation. Additionally, Hansen will lead the critical organizational development effort at Tushaus to better align performance management and culture with the strategic direction of the business.
Hansen is a senior corporate executive with over 25 years experience in Human Resources. He was a former Executive Vice President of Administration and Corporate Treasurer for NOVO 1, an outsourcing service and product provider. There, he was responsible for all human resources functions, treasury, administration, real estate, and corporate insurance programs. Prior to NOVO 1, Dean held the position of Senior Vice President – Corporate Human Resources for Fiserv, Inc., the world’s largest BPO outsourcing service provider to the financial industry and a nationally recognized single-source solution provider to the insurance/healthcare industry.
