In California, Kelly Tilford joins the firm as a geotechnical scientist in the Water Resources Department in the Sacramento office.

In Wisconsin, new team members include:

* Christopher Hutton, an entry-level mechanical engineer in the Food and Industrial Facilities Department in the Madison office.

* Michael Pederson, an experienced plumbing designer in the Food and Industrial Facilities Department in the Madison office.

* David Way, an electrical engineer in the Architecture Department in the Madison office.

* Dale Feiner, an experienced plumbing designer in the Architecture Department in the Madison office.

In Minnesota, Raymond Strege joins the firm as a client and project manager in the Aviation Services Department in the Minneapolis office.

In Michigan, Regan Massey joins Mead & Hunt as an entry-level airport planner in the Aviation Services Department in the Lansing office.

In Washington, Miroslav Kurka joins the firm as a project manager in the Federal Programs Department in the Vancouver office.
