MADISON, WIS. — A twenty-two year veteran of the Chicago construction market, Brian Colby brings his vast preconstruction experience to Stevens Construction. Mr. Colby’s expertise covers a variety of building markets, including: educational, financial, hospitality, industrial, medical, office, recreation and residential.
A graduate of the Milwaukee School of Engineering with a BS in Architectural Engineering, Mr. Colby will apply his skills to preconstruction, management, estimating, training and purchasing. His experience with negotiated projects will fit the relationship-based approach at Stevens.
